My Experience

I have been committed to helping companies do hard things throughout my career. My passion sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, leadership, and culture.

Today, I work with BusinessFourZero (Heidrick & Struggles) to help C-suite leaders transform their companies and cultures by setting purpose-led strategies that drive ambition, innovation, and impact. I help teams achieve complete clarity and alignment on their direction, with deep emotional commitment that creates a high-performance culture and transforms the odds of success.

I am a leader within our US Build Team. We are tasked with growing and developing our North American business, team, and impact.

I also work within a global Impact Council that oversees and enhances our ability to deliver maximum impact by measuring results, evaluating initiatives, strengthening IP and capabilities, governing execution tools, and reviewing work quality.

Previously, I built and led teams and capabilities in top firms like Frog Design + Fahrenheit 212 (Capgemini), and Idea Couture (Cognizant).

At Capgemini, I designed and led large-scale, multi-year development programs for 1,000+ strategists and creatives with a focus on developing innovation skills and culture.

For Fortune 500 clients across sectors, I’ve led the creation of new products, services, businesses, and internal capabilities.

I worked with MIT to research corporate innovation in the digital age. I have spoken at corporations across all major sectors, and in academia, I have spoken at Harvard Business School and its Graduate School of Design, Columbia Business School, and the Rotman School of Management, where I completed my MBA.

I am certified in the Basadur Innovation System and the Color Code personality science, and they are among many tools I use to help my clients develop and achieve their goals.
