My Experience
I sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people.
I always have.
I've spent nearly 20 years helping organizations do hard things — define competitive strategies, navigate complexity, build cultures that actually perform, and turn ambitious plans into reality.
Today, I run an advisory practice that helps senior leaders sharpen their strategies and build organizations equipped to execute them — increasingly in the context of AI and emerging technologies.
Most recently, as Director at BusinessFourZero, a Heidrick & Struggles company, I partnered directly with CEOs and executive teams on purpose-led strategy, culture transformation, and leadership alignment. The work spanned energy, defense technology, fintech, and advanced manufacturing — sectors where the stakes are high, and the ambiguity is higher.
Before this, I built my foundation for five years at Idea Couture, then over nine years at Fahrenheit 212, rising from Innovation Director to Associate Partner. I led idea development, built and managed a large team of innovators, and scaled strategy and innovation practices across the US and Europe.
Then, as a Senior Director at Capgemini Invent, I designed and led multi-year talent development programs for 1,000+ strategists and creatives, with a focus on building innovation skills and culture from the inside out.
With frog, as Executive Strategy Director & Head of Innovation Enablement, I helped large organizations build their own internal capability to innovate, not just outsource it.
Across it all, I've worked with Fortune 500 clients to create new products, services, businesses, and internal capabilities.
I've collaborated with MIT on research into corporate innovation in the digital age. I've spoken at Harvard Business School, Harvard's Graduate School of Design, Columbia Business School, the IMF, and my alma mater, the Rotman School of Management, where I earned my MBA in Strategy. My undergraduate degree is from McGill University in Management Information Systems.
I created The Strategic Creativity System™ — a cohort-based course that unifies the most impactful innovation and problem-solving techniques I've learned across my career.
I'm also certified in the Basadur Creative Problem Solving system and Color Code personality science — part of a larger toolkit I bring to every engagement.
